RETURN POLICY

At this time we do not offer exchanges, or refunds for returns. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 5 days of receiving your package. Stock is not available for size corrections and/or exchanges. All sale and pre-order items are final. No refunds or exchanges. 

Duties/taxes are not covered in our shipping fees for international packages. If you refuse a shipment from Deathotel Creative, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to our facility.

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and the buyer will be responsible for all expenses to ship the item(s) back to us. For all inquiries please make sure to contact us before shipping as we will not accept any unauthorized exchanges or returns.

Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed all the information in your order prior to finalizing your purchase, including correct sizing, your billing and shipping address, e-mail and telephone number.
